Chilapata Forest is located about 20 km from
Alipurduar in Jalpaiguri District. Main attraction is the archeological fort of Nal King which is a thousand years old. Built in the Gupta period, the fort is now in ruins. The famous Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary is located nearby.
