Survey Museum is an educational museum situated at
Roorkee, in
Haridwar District of
Uttaranchal. Established in 1950, the museum exhibits various surveying and mapping equipments that had been used over the ages. The exhibits range from a surveying equipment dating back to 1890 AD to the latest mapping devices. Guide services are provided for the visitors on request. Informative lecturers are conducted occasionally.
Survey Museum is open from 09:30 to 16:30 hrs on all days except Sunday and public holidays.
