Sirakot Fort is situated on a hill top in
Pithoragarh District, with fascinating views of the
Himalayas in the backdrop.
Built by the Reka Kings, the outer part of the fort was used as household accommodation while the inner part houses the temples of Shiva and Bhairab. Now the fort is in a state of ruins.
