Shivanand Ashram, managed by the Devine Life Society, is a well known spiritual center situated on the west side of
Lakshman Jhula in
Rishikesh,
Uttaranchal.
Founded by Swami Shivananda, the ashram is famous for its lectures on spiritual life. It arranges lectures, discussion, meditation and yoga classes daily.
Shivanand Ashram also operates a charitable hospital and free medical services are offered.
