Rataban Peak is situated near the
Valley of Flowers in Badrinath of Chamoli District. This towering peak, which forms a splendid backdrop to Badrinath, is perched at an altitude of 6,166 m. Pushpawati River flows along the side of this peak. Rataban peak can be reached from Joshimath. Rishikesh is the closest railway station.
