Sirkot

Sirkot is a small settlement, which lies near Pajena in Bageshwar District of Uttaranchal. The state highway connecting Pajena and Gwaldam(in Chamoli District) passes nearby. The nearest major town is Bageshwar. Baijnath, the place famous for the temple complex built by the Katyuri kings, is easily accessible from here. Agarkot, Sengad, Thakala, and Simgadi are the nearby places. Sirkot is easily accessible by local buses and taxies from Bageshwar. Kathgodam Railway Station and Pant Nagar Airport are the nearest railway station and airport respectively.
