Maiktoli Glacier




Maiktoli is a five kilometer-long glacier situated on the southern slope of the Sunderdhunga Khal in the Kumaon region of Uttaranchal. Located to the west of the Pindari Glacier, it forms the source of the river flowing on the steep slope that joins the Pindari River at Dhakuri. The glacier is situated at an altitude of 4,000 meter. Tourist season falls between mid-April and May-June and from September to November.
