Mahasu Devta's is a local fair of the
Jaunsari tribe and is held at
Hanol. Organized in August of every year, the fair is marked by the procession of Mahasu Devta.
The offering materials are provided by the government and musical prayers continue for three days and nights. On this auspicious occasion, thousands of people throng the place from even the far flung districts.
