Urgam Valley

Urgam Valley, situated at a height of 2,134 m is in Chamoli District of Uttaranchal. The famous Kalpeshwar Temple is located here. The valley is 160 km away from Kedarnath. It is ideal for trekking and can be accessed from Rudranath. The valley is surrounded by thick forests and terraced fields. Baitarani Kund, Deoria Tal, Chandrashila, Anusuya Devi Temple and Atri Muni Ashram, Musk Deer Farm and Kalimath are nearby attractions.
