Kureji is a small village in Ballia District situated just off the state highway connecting Phephna and Mau.
Kureji has Jam in its west, Sawan in its north, Ratsanr in its east and Aundi in its south. Varanasi is one of the large cities near Kureji, at a distance of 124 km.
