Once a densely forested area, Ranchourji is situated about 4-5 kilometers away from
Dhaura on the banks of the
Betwa River. Just like the Pali Trimurti temple, there is a temple here, with magnificent statues of
Lord Vishnu and
Lakshmi. A very big statue of
Lord Hanuman is an impressive feature. Other than these there are remains of some very ancient temples.
Ranchourji can be reached from Dhaura. Dhaura Railway Station and Civil Airport Khajuraho are the nearest access points.
