Marahra

Marahra is a prominent town situated to the north-west of Etah District. The district headquarters, Etah lies 15 km south of it. Kasganj, an agricultural market town and a center of cotton and sugar processing, lies 12 km north of it.

Places of interest include Soron and Patna Bird Sanctuary.

Marahra is well connected by road to its nearby towns of Kachaura, Gangiri, Marahchi and Pilwa. Marahra Railway Station is a small station between Sikandra Rao and Kasganj. Nearest airport is Agra Civil Enclaves.
