Azampur is a small village situated 4 km away from Basta in
Bijnor District,
Uttar Pradesh. This village is of great historical importance as it has close relation with the Mughal Emperor,
Akbar. Two of the Akbar's Navratnas namely, Abul Fazl and Faizi were born in this village.
