Kuwana River




Kuwana River, also known as Kuano, originates as Tenus Nala in the eastern part of Bahraich District and enters the Gonda District, and flows through the center of the district.

Kuwana River then enters Basti District and traverses through the northern border and is fed by two small streams - Jadha Nala and Pindariya Nala. Kuwana finally merges with the Ghaghra River at Gorakhpur.
