Jawab Masjid is situated in the premises of
Taj Mahal, at
Agra in
Uttar Pradesh. It is a red stone mosque and the striking feature of this mosque is that it faces towards the east. The mosque was primarily built for aesthetic appeal to maintain symmetry with the mosque on the left side of the Taj Mahal. Since it faces east, no prayers are offered in this mosque.
