Rani Jot, in
Gonda District, is a small town to the south-east of
Gonda city. It is about 11 km from
Sadullahnagar, 15 km from Ghari Ghat and 17 km from Raniganj.
Swami Narain Chhapia, famous as the birth place of Saint Sahjanand, is a nearby place of importance. A yearly celebration held here attracts a large number of pilgrims from different parts of the state.
