Mahabharata. It is said that God Dharma himself took birth in the form of Vidura. He was the brother of the blind king
Dhritarashtra. Vidura was a well-wisher of his brother and strived to lead him in the proper way. Although he was born amidst luxurious amenities, he led a poor and simple life. He married a poor woman. His narration on righteous policy, Dharma-Niti, is very famous.
