Kachori is an authentic North Indian deep fried pastry. This is small and round in shape, made with moong dal (lentils), seasoned with grated coconut, sugar, nuts, fennel seeds and spices and wrapped in a fluffy wheat flour pastry. This stuffed crusty Indian pastry can be served with tamarind sauce or chutney.
