Puthanatham

Puthanatham is a small town in Tiruchirapalli District of Tamil Nadu. It is around 52 km from Tiruchirapalli and 16 km south of Manapparai, the taluk headquarters. Sendurai, Vaiyampatti, Ilangakurichi, Marungapuri and Tovarankurichi are other nearby places. The town has earned a niche in production of readymade garments in Tamil Nadu. Puthanatham is 50 km south-west of Tiruchirapalli Airport and 76 km north of Madurai Airport. Vaiyampatti Railway Station and Manaparai Railway Station are the nearest railheads.
