Tirukkoodalaiyattrur is a small scenic village in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu. It is situated about 23 km to the east of Vriddhachalam and 25 km from Chidambaram. Nerikkattunayagar Temple, a famous temple dedicated to Lord Nerikkattunayagar (Shiva) along with Goddess Purikuzhalambigai, is situated here. The annual festivals celebrated in this temple attract devotees from far and near.
