Sekkadi

Sekkadi, also known as Sekkadu, is located about 24 km east of Rasipuram in Namakkal District. It is bounded by Belukurichi and Namagiripettai in the west, Malliyakarai in the north, Thammampatti in the east and Uppiliyapuram in the south.

Kollimalai Hills, a prominent tourist destination of the district, can be reached from Sekkadi.

Nearest airport is Salem Airport and the railhead is Salem Junction Railway Station. Sekkadi is equidistant from Namakkal and Salem, around 35 km away towards the south-west and north-west.
