Bargur is a town situated between
Krishnagiri and Natrampalli, in
Krishnagiri District,
Tamil Nadu. It spans over an area of about 24 sq km. Neighboring towns linked with Bargur are Mallapadi in the east,
Orappam in the west, Salinayanapalli in the north and Siganalapalli in the south-east. The town is about 40 km east of Krishnagiri and 23 km west of Jolarpettai.
