Chiwabhanjang Pass is located at an elevation of 3,170 m, in the
West Sikkim District of
Sikkim. The pass lies along Singilela trek route in Tibetan Valley. It is the gateway to Nepal. The region is filled with forests of rhododendron and meadows. It commands a magnificent view of the mountain ranges all around. Bhut and Pokaris, the two small lakes, are located here. The ruins of an inspection bungalow stand here as a mute witness to the British presence in olden days.
