Mukundgarh




Mukundgarh is a town situated in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. It was set up in the 18th century by Raja Mukund Singh. Mukundgarh has a good handicraft market and is renowned for its textiles, brassware and iron scissors.

Gopi Nath Temple, Venu Gopal Mandir, Fort William Haveli, Ghuwale Wolon ki Haveli, Devki Nandan Murarka Haveli, Ganga Bux Saraf Haveli, Raj Kumar Ganeriwala Kala Kendra, Shankar Lal Nangalia Haveli and Kalu Ram Hakma ki Baithak are the major tourist attractions.

Mukundgarh is around 2 km from Dundlod, 13 km from Nawalgarh, 14 km from Mandawa and 27 km from Jhunjhunu.
