Ummedpur

Ummedpur, of Ahor taluk, is in Jalore District of Rajasthan. Harji is the nearest town, 7 km to the west. This town is around 11 km to the north of Thumba and 11 km to the north-east of Padarli.

Sukri River has its course through Ummedpur. Shri Ummedpur Teerth is a Jain temple situated here.

The other prime tourist attractions are Jalore Fort and Mosque of Saint Malik Shah, located at Jalore.

This town lies on the road which connects Ahor with National Highway 14. Jalore Railway Station and Jodhpur Airport are the nearest railway station and airport respectively.
