Sankwali is a small town situated in Jalore District of Rajasthan. Thumba (8 km) to the south and Chandrai (9 km) to the east are the nearest towns. It is also bounded by a few other towns such as Nosra, Bhadrajan and Kaonla.
Ahor, a taluk headquarters, lies 16 km to the south-west of the town.
