Dera Baba Dyal Puri is a religious site situated close to Das Nami Akhara, in
Sirhind,
Punjab. The place commemorates the sacred memory of Baba Dyal who was a saintly figure. He was also a contemporary of
Guru Gobind Singh.
It is believed that the present town of Sirhind was survived with the blessings of Baba Dyal Puri when a large portion of the town was destroyed by the Sikhs under Baba Banda Bahadur.
