Jindwari

Jindwari is a small village located about 14 km west of Anandpur Sahib in Rupnagar District. This place houses the historical Gurdwara Jindwari Sahib. Jindwari is said to have been blessed by the visits of Guru Hargobind and Guru Gobind Singh. An annual religious fair is held here every February with great fervor. Anandpur Sahib Railway Station is the major station nearby (14 km) and the nearest airport is Chandigarh airport.
