Bada Danda

Bada Danda is the Grand Road which extends from the Jagannath Temple to the Gundicha Temple. It is a wide modern free way and the scene of the great Festival of the Chariots or Ratha Yatra. The grand road is ideal for a leisurely stroll and shopping for sculptures, woodcarvings, seashell items, patta paintings, and colourful appliqué work.
