Lui-Naig-Ni is the festival of the Nagas, a tribe in
Manipur. This festival is celebrated on the 15th of February, every year. It is observed on the occasion of seed sowing after the beginning of cultivation. The highlights of the Lui-Naig-Ni are social gathering, singing, dancing and rejoicing.
