Raireshwar




Raireshwar is a historical place in Bhor Taluk of Pune District. The prime attraction here is a 16th century stone-structured temple situated amid hills. It is the spot where Chhatrapati Shivaji took oath to win back his land. During monsoons, the adjoining areas of the temple are filled with smythial flowers. The place provides a perfect base for hiking. Waghjai Temple, Aswalkhind and Kenjalgadh Fort are the points of interest nearby. The surrounding places include Apti and Ambawade. Pune Lohegaon Airport is the nearest airport.
