taluk headquarters town situated 21 km south-west of Ner, in
Yavatmal District. It is 23 km north-east of
Digras and about 37 km south-east of
Karanja in
Washim District.
Singad is 35 km south-west while
Yavatmal - the district headquarters – is around 45 km towards the north-east.
