Pulgaon is located in Wardha District of Maharashtra and lies near the district’s border with Amaravati District. Wardha, the district headquarters, is about 33 km east of Pulgaon.

Sonegaon Airport is the nearest airport. Pulgaon Junction Railway Station is on the Wardha – Akola rail route.
