Khetwadi is a busy residential locale in
Mumbai and is south of
Kamathipura and north of
Girgaon. It is 3 km south of Mumbai Central.
Khetwadi was a sparsely populated agricultural settlement until the early 19th century; it developed into a major residential region after the widening of Parel Road and the Girgaom Road and the completion of the Grand Road, which lead to large-scale migrations to this part of the city. Now, Khetwadi is one of the most populated regions in Mumbai.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is 22 km north. Nearest major railhead is Mumbai Central Railway Station. Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Railway Station is around 3 km south.
