Khopoli is a town in
Raigad District of
Maharashtra. It lies on
National Highway 4 and is to the south of
Khalapur and
Matheran.
Mumbai is 100 km north-west.
Duke’s Nose, Rajmachi Point, Tiger’s Leap and the Ashtavinayaka temples of Shri Ballaleshwar (Pali) and Shri Varad Vinayak are the interesting destinations nearby. Besides, the surrounding places such as Madh and Pen are easily accessible from Khopoli.
Khopoli Railway Station is on the Wadgaon-Karjat rail route. Pune Lohegaon Airport is the nearest airport.
