Kaudgaon is a small village on State Highway 148, en route from Ahmednagar to Shevgaon, 8 km before reaching Karanji, in Ahmednagar District. Tisgaon is 18 km north-east while Ahmednagar is 20 km south-west. Devalgaonghat is the nearest settlement on the other side of the border, in Beed District.
