Khandala Railway Station is on the Neral-Pune rail route. Sahyadri Express, Deccan Express, Koyna Express, Siddheshwar Express, Mahalaxmi Express and Sinhagad Express are the main train connections.

To the north is Karjat Railway Station, the main station next to Khandala. Going south, Lonavala Railway Station is the nearest main station.
