Himayatnagar

Himayatnagar is situated about 20 km north-east of Bhokar, in Nanded District. Hadgaon lies north-west of Himayatnagar and Sahasrakund is situated east.

Kawal Wildlife Sanctuary, Sivaram Wildlife Sanctuary and Pranahita Wildlife Sanctuary are popular wildlife haunts in the neighboring Adilabad District, within easy access from Himayatnagar.

Hyderabad Airport serves Himayatnagar. Himayatnagar Railway Station is on the Nanded– Kinwat rail line of the South Central Railways.
