Ghugus

Ghugus is an industrial town situated on the banks of Wardha River, about 17 km west of Chandrapur, in Chandrapur District. It is located right on the district’s border with Yavatmal District. Tadali lies 13 km north-east while Chandur is 23 km south of Ghugus.

Tadoba - Andharai Tiger Reserve, Bhamragarh Wildlife Sanctuary and Chaprala Wildlife Sanctuary are major wildlife sanctuaries in the district. The natural trails at Tadoba and Moharli and the Tadoba Museum are other interesting tourist spots.

Sonegaon Airport and Chandrapur Railway Station serve Ghugus.
