Asoli lies en route from Nichpur to Mahurgad and is situtated around 35 km north-east of Kinwat, in Nanded District. Sindkhed lies north-east of Asoli, and Deogiri is situated south-west.
Mahurgad, famous as the third Shaktipeeth in Maharashtra, is a much visited pilgrim spot nearby.
