Parola




Parola is a historic village situated between Dhulia and Jalgaon, on the Mumbai Nagpur National Highway No 6, in Jalgaon District, Maharashtra. Major attraction here is an 18th century fort that belonged to the father of great Rani of Jhansi. Parola is 240 km north-east of Mumbai.

Janardhan Temple, Shriram Temple, Santoshi Mata Temple, Hinglaj Mata Temple, Bhate Temple and Shree Dwarkadhish Temple are some of the sacred places worth visiting.

Nearest airport is at Mumbai. Dharangaon is the closest railway station.
