Shri Avanti Parshwanath Teerth is a highly reverved shrine situated in the city of
Ujjain. The temple enshrines a 120 cm high black-colored image of Bhagvan Avanti Parshwanath in the padmansana posture. Believed to be 250 years old, this splendid teerth is built by Mahakal under the instructions of Arya Suhastisurishvarji, as a memento of his father.
The temple is one and a half kilometers from the Ujjain Junction Railway Station. The nearest airport is at Indore, 72 km from Ujjain.
