Gulganj is a small settlement situated on National Highway 86, 32 km south of Chhatarpur and 16 km west of Bijawar, in Chhatarpur District, Madhya Pradesh.

Religious monuments at Panna, Kundeshwar, Madkhera and Papora are the interesting destinations.

The nearest airport is at Khajuraho. Harpalpur Railway Station serves the town.
