Mhow Railway Station is Western Railways’
Khandwa-
Indore rail route. (The station would shortly be renamed after Bharat Ratna Babasaheb
Ambedkar.) It is located about 10 km from Tantya Bhil Memorial, built in memory of freedom fighter Tantiya Bhil.
Mhow-Chittorgarh Express, Ajmer-Khandwa Express and
Jaipur-Purna Express run through this station. Traveling north, the nearest major railhead is at Indore. Going south-east,
Omkareshwar Road Railway Station is the main station next to Mhow.
