Bargi

Bargi lies on the banks of Narmada River in Jabalpur District of Madhya Pradesh. It is about 40 km south-west of Jabalpur city.

The main attraction of this place is the beautiful Bagri Dam situated 11 km off the National Highway 7. The picturesque Temar Falls is another wonderstruck of Bargi. The Shiva temple on the top of the mountain is worth visiting, from where the view of dam and catchment area can be made.

The nearest airport is Jabalpur Airport. Bargi Railway Station is on the Jabalpur-Shikara line.
