Bajrangarh Fort




Formerly known as Jharkon, Bajrangarh Fort is located at Bajrangarh in Guna District of Madhya Pradesh. It is about 8 km south-west of Guna on the Guna-Aron road.

The fort holds many objects of interest which are mostly in ruined state. Built in 1775 by the Marathas, the fort contains Moti Mahal, Rang Mahal and a gunnery. Besides the gunnery, there is a big step-well which was used quench the thrist of the horses. The fort also holds a temple.
