Jiran

Jiran is a small settlement located towards the south-western region of Neemuch District, in Madhya Pradesh. It is about 16 km west of Malhargarh and 28 km south-west of the district headquarters town, Neemuch. Mandsaur is about 47 km away from the town.

A major trekking route from Rajasthan passes through Jiran and finally touches Neemuch. Gandhi Sagar Dam and Power Station, ancient forts and temples at Kota, Gandhi Sagar Sanctuary and the 'City of Hundred Islands', Banswara are the ideal tourist options.
