Khategaon

Khategaon is a taluk headquarters town in Dewas District and is situated 66 km east of Chapra. It is located 35 km north-west of Harda and about 20 km south-east of Kannod.

Nemawar and Kheoni Wildlife Sanctuary are the nearby tourist locales worth visiting. The historic sites around Indore, the Military Headquarters of War, Mhow, and the Hindola Mahal, Hoshang Shah's Tomb, Jami Masjid and Bagh Caves at Dhar constitute enchanting excursions outside Khategaon.

Nearest airport is at Bhopal. Indore Airport is around 114 km west. Harda Railway Station serves Khategaon.
