Amba

Amba is a remote village near Rama in Jhabua District. It is located towards the district’s south-western border with Gujarat, about 26 km west of Alirajpur and about 76 km away from Jhabua. Masonry stop-dams, ponds and earthen check-dams help water harvesting in the village. Shri Talanpur Teerth, Jobat Dam, Laxmaniji Teerth and Bagh Caves are some places of tourist interest located nearby. Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport and Dahod Railway Station serve Amba.
