Jaora is located in Ratlam District of Madhya Pradesh and is around 40 km north of Ratlam. It was a princely state before the partition of the Indian sub-continent.
The shrine of Hussain Tekri built by Iftikhar Ali is situated here. The place is also famous for the ritual called Hajri.
